My research interests sit at the intersection of systems biology and computational image analysis. I am interested in how individual cells respond over time, and how we can study those responses through microscopy and quantitative methods.
My focus includes NF-κB dynamics, deep learning for image segmentation, and the analysis of single-cell time series.
A space for research into cellular signaling and how responses unfold over time.
A space for image analysis workflows that connect microscopy with quantitative measurements.
A space for exploring individual cellular trajectories and variation across a population.
Project templates based on the supplied research interests. Schematics are illustrative, not experimental results.
This space is reserved for publications, presentations, and other academic news. No announcements have been supplied yet.
Notes on methods, ideas, and the work between the figures. The first post is still to come.
